James W. Shondel

currently is Executive Chairman of Remprex, LLC. and Himalaya Worldwide, LLC.

In 2006, James founded REMPREX, LLC. Remprex is a services provider for the intermodal transportation industry, serving seven (7) North American Class I Railroads and numerous shipping line port operators.

REMPREX provides Technology, Terminal Operations, Engineering Consulting and Equipment Maintenance services. James held the role of Chief Executive Officer from inception until 2015, at which time James’ role changed to Executive Chairman. He has held his current role since December 2015.

In 2017 James founded Himalaya Worldwide LLC. Himalaya is an automotive restoration company, rebuilding and creating unique Land Rovers. Himalaya is headquartered in Charleston, SC with satellite operations in the UK.

James is a member of YPO and a graduate of Lehigh University.
